Local Henhouse Grocer wanted to offer a unique mobile solution that would drive in-store traffic and sales, while building a mobile database. Mobile text messages are delieverd to customers, for exclusive deals and discounts. Offers are delivered to mobile customers twice weekly to tap into consumer buying habits.

Results:

  • 15 mobile promotions ran between January 19th and March 6th
  • 5,460 total opt-ins
  • Total units sold 18,876
  • Total Text and Save offers sold averaging 1,251 per promotions
  • Average redemption rate based on total messages sent is 7.78%
  • Redemption rate reached up to 19.7
